Grow a Group Practice

Goals of the Mastermind Group:

  1. Review your practice branding and mission as it relates to growing a group practice.

  2. Explore your current systems and process to determine changes needed for freeing your time, usage of your current team, and ability to be used as you hire more therapists to the practice.

  3. Identify the types of therapist you would like to hire for continued growth, as well as review office space and other logical needs

  4. Evaluate and make changes to your current financials such as your current pay, the pay of your staff, expenses, tax savings, and other financial needs.

  5. Creating a long-term financial plan and/or adding Profit First to your business.

  6. Develop leadership skills as a faith-based practice owner such as improved communication with staff, decision making model, starting the process of setting up a leadership team, and surrounding yourself with those to help you as a leader.

  7. Identify and create needed policies in your practice such as Performance Improvement Plans, Attendance, PTO, Communications, and other clinical and administrative policies.

  8. Hiring and best utilizing an administrative assistant.

  9. Developing a marketing strategy for your group practice such as updating website, social media, directories, introduction to referral sources, etc.

  10. Implement a system for monitoring numbers each week such as inquiry calls, conversion rates, and client retention.

    Additional 60 minute consultation calls are $400 and 30 minute consultation calls are $200 for Mastermind members.

Hey, I’m Amy. I’ve been a group practice owner for 9 years. And let me tell you, not all 9 have been easy! From hiring my first therapist to hiring my tenth, the journey has taught me so many things I would love to teach you!

Let’s meet every other week and discuss your systems, your hiring processes, your virtual or in-person assistant and so forth. I love this stuff and can’t wait to dive in with you this summer.
